  • 1/4 cup pineapple save two for garnishes, fresh, chunks
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 6 ounces rum
  • 12 ounces pineapple juice
  • pineapple leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Muddle the pineapple chunks in your shaker with the sugar and lime juice.
  2. Add the ice, rum, and pineapple juice. Cover with the lid and shake vigorously, until the shaker is frosty cold, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice to tall glasses and pour your cocktail in. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves.
