Ingredients
- 20 oz pineapple crushed
- 1 Cup milk
- ½ Cup pineapple juice reserved from can above
- 1 onion diced
- 2 Cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons curry powder
- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 Teaspoons cumin ground
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste
- rice optional, for serving, cooked
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the onion, garlic, and pineapple until the onions are translucent, about 3–5 minutes.
- Add spices to the pan and continue to cook and stir for a minute or two.
