Pineapple Fruit Cocktail Drink Recipe
Description
The Pineapple Fruit Cocktail Drink combines multiple fruit juices—pineapple, apple, orange—and fresh lemon juice, providing a layered profile of tropical sweetness and citrus brightness. Sliced pear adds subtle texture and mild fruit flavor when mixed in. The drink can be made without alcohol or with rum divided between servings to accommodate preferences. Chilling the beverage in the fridge before serving helps meld flavors and keeps it cool. Pouring over ice refreshes the drink and slightly dilutes it for balance. Garnishing glasses with pear and lemon slices adds visual interest and a hint of fresh fruit aroma.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pear core removed and sliced
- 3 oz rum divided (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients (except rum if omitting,) into a mixing bowl or pitcher. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with additional pear and lemon slices.
- Note: You can add 1 1/2 oz of rum into each glass before serving if you want to save some of the beverage as alcohol-free.
