Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds plus extra for topping if you wish
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients together in a blender and… BLEND! Easy peasy. You can top with a fresh pineapple ring or chunk if desired.
