- 3 medium stalks of carrot washed peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 ½ cups of chopped oranges
- 1 ½ cups of coconut water
- 1- inch fresh ginger grated (about ½ teaspoon)
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil
