Description
This Pineapple Mango Margarita combines frozen mango and pineapple pieces with tequila, simple syrup or agave nectar, freshly squeezed lemon and lime juices. All ingredients except ice are blended until smooth before ice is added and blended again to achieve a chilled, slushy texture. The fresh citrus juices give brightness while the fruit contributes natural sweetness and tropical aroma.
The margarita is served in a small pitcher or distributed among four glasses, making it suitable for sharing. Adjusting sweetener or citrus allows for a customized balance between tart and sweet to suit preference.
No special preparation is required beyond blending. Using frozen fruit helps both with coldness and thickness without diluting the flavor. This cocktail is straightforward to make for relaxed entertaining or a refreshing treat.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Mango frozen chunks, of
- 1.5 cups pineapple frozen chunks, of
- 8 ounces tequila
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup or agave nectar if you have it
- 1 ounce lemon juice fresh
- 1 ounce lime juice fresh
- 1 ice handful
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients (except the ice) to your blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth for 1 minute.
- Taste a small amount and if you feel it needs to be sweeter or more tart, adjust by adding more simple syrup or lemon / lime juice as needed.
- Now add in your ice and blend again until smooth.
- Add into a small pitcher or four cups and serve! Enjoy!
