  • ¾ cup coconut milk

Instructions

Pineapple Ginger Syrup

  1. Peel off the ginger, and grate it using a grater.
  2. Combine grated ginger, pineapple juice, sugar and water in a bowl.
  3. Stir well. Microwave for a minute, stir well and cool down for 8-10 mins.
  4. Strain the syrup. Store the remaining syrup after use in a fridge.

Pineapple Matcha

  1. Pour matcha powder into a glass, and dissolve in pineapple juice with the help of a spoon.
  2. Add a handful of ice and the rest of the ingredients like pineapple ginger syrup, coconut milk.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Serve and beat the summer with this chilled matcha drink.
