Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 cups kale stems removed (I used spinach because that is what I had on hand)
  • 1/4 cup mint fresh
  • 2 cups coconut water unsweetened
  • 3 cups pineapple chopped
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions

  1. Blend the kale, mint, and coconut water until smooth.
  2. Add the pineapple and lime juice and blend again.
