Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

The Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball mixes softened cream cheese with finely chopped green pepper, green onions, crushed pineapple, and seasoning salt, then is chilled and coated with chopped pecans. It offers a creamy and slightly sweet appetizer with crunchy nutty texture, served with crackers.

Description

This Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball combines softened cream cheese with finely diced green pepper and green onions, along with crushed pineapple to add moisture and sweetness. Seasoning salt balances the flavors. After mixing, part of the pecans is stirred into the mixture, which is then chilled wrapped in plastic wrap to firm up.

Once fully chilled, the mixture is shaped into a ball and rolled in the remaining chopped pecans, which add a crunchy contrast to the creamy interior. The cheese ball is typically served chilled alongside crackers, making it suitable for appetizer trays or casual gatherings.
