Pineapple Salsa
Description
The Pineapple Salsa combines sweet, juicy pineapple chunks with the sharpness of red and white onions, and the mild crunch of red and green bell peppers. Minced jalapeño adds controlled heat without overwhelming the sweetness. Fresh lime juice brightens the salsa, while chopped cilantro contributes fresh herbal notes. After mixing, the salsa is chilled for at least an hour to meld the flavors and soften the edges of the fresh ingredients.
This salsa adds a tropical, bright dimension when served alongside grilled dishes or Mexican-style meals. It can be used as a dip for chips or as a condiment on tacos, fish, or chicken, offering a balance of sweet, spicy, and acidic flavors.
