  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups pineapple cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the red bell pepper and garlic, sautéing until the pepper is tender.
