- ½ cup ice
- 1 oz whipped cream vodka
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ cup champagne
Instructions
- Add the ice, whipped cream vodka and pineapple juice to a shaker.
- Shake well, then strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with the champagne.
- Optional - add a sugar rim by dipping the champagne flute in pineapple juice, then in sugar before adding the cocktail to the glass.
