Pink Drink

The Pink Drink is a refreshing beverage combining blended fresh strawberries, sugar, and white cran-strawberry juice with creamy coconut milk. The drink is served over ice and garnished with freeze-dried strawberries, offering a balance of sweet fruit flavor and creamy texture. It’s a cool, visually appealing drink for warm weather or anytime a fruity non-alcoholic option is desired.

Description

The Pink Drink mixes six hulled fresh strawberries blended with sugar and Ocean Spray's white cran-strawberry juice until smooth. The beverage is served in tall cups filled halfway with ice and topped with freeze-dried strawberries for texture and visual appeal. Coconut milk, divided between cups, is stirred in to create a lightly creamy and fruity drink.

This drink features the natural sweetness and slight tartness of strawberries enhanced by the fruit juice blend, balanced by the mild richness of coconut milk. The freeze-dried strawberries on top add a pleasant berry crunch contrast to the smooth beverage.

The Pink Drink pairs well as a light, chilled beverage on hot days or as a fruity accompaniment to brunch or casual gatherings. It offers both refreshing and creamy qualities without dairy, depending on the coconut milk used.
