Pink Punch
Description
Pink Punch combines canned pineapple juice with pink lemonade powder to create a fruity base. Just before serving, clear soda like Sprite is added to bring sparkle and a crisp finish. The sweet and tangy lemonade mix balances pineapple's flavor, and carbonation adds a lively texture.
The punch is especially attractive when displayed in a glass pitcher or beverage dispenser and can be dressed up with slices of lemon, pineapple rings, or strawberries for added color and flavor.
The pineapple juice and lemonade mix can be combined ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for up to three months, making this punch convenient for planning events. Add soda only before serving to preserve fizz. Ice can dilute the punch, so frozen fruits can be used instead to keep it chilled without watering down the flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 (48-ounce) can pineapple juice brand DOLE
- 1 cup Pink Lemonade Mix
- 1 (2-liter) bottle Sprite or 7Up

Notes
- Prepare the pineapple juice and lemonade powder mixture up to 3 months ahead; keep refrigerated or frozen.

- Use complementary frozen fruits as ice substitutes to avoid diluting flavor.
- Garnish with fresh citrus slices, pineapple rings, or strawberries to enhance presentation.
