Pizza Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic (minced is recommended but can substitute 2 teaspoons granulated or powder)
- 1 tablespoon Dried onion flakes
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon cracked fennel seeds (place whole seeds in a ziplock bag and pound them with something blunt)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
Instructions
- Measure the herbs and spices into a small bowl and stir to evenly combine. Alternatively, place them directly in a glass jar and give it a shake.Store your blend in an airtight jar in a dark, cool place where it will keep for up to 6 months. Give it a shake before using it to redistribute the herbs and spices.Makes about 3/4 cup seasoning.
