Pizza Sliders

Pizza Sliders combine mini rolls topped with marinara sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese, finished with a garlic and Italian herb butter glaze. The sliders bake briefly to melt the cheese and warm the flavors, making them a convenient finger food with familiar pizza tastes. The buttery herb topping adds an extra layer of richness and aroma, enhancing the classic pepperoni pizza experience on a smaller scale.

Description

Pizza Sliders use slider rolls as the base, each spread with marinara sauce and layered with thin slices of pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese. The tops are brushed with a mixture of melted butter combined with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt to impart a savory, herbed butter flavor. Baking at 350°F for 7-10 minutes melts the cheese and warms the sliders through, letting the flavors meld. This method keeps the rolls soft yet slightly toasted on the edges from the butter glaze. These sliders offer a bite-sized pizza alternative that highlights the pepperoni's savory spice and the melted mozzarella's creamy texture.

Serve these sliders warm as appetizers, snacks, or party food that’s easy to pick up and eat. The side of extra marinara sauce allows for dipping, complementing the cheesy toppings. Their size makes them suitable for sharing or casual entertaining.
