Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 carrot small raw, peeled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Turmeric dried or 1/2 inch piece fresh
  • black pepper to help turmeric absorption, crack of
  • 1 ervings collagen peptides optional, vanilla or flavorless protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender in order given.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Notes

  • Make it vegan: If you're dairy-free or vegan, swap Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt or almond milk yogurt. Look for varieties fortified with calcium and vitamin D to maintain the essential nutrients.
