  • 1 round Brie cheese
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Cracker to serve, or baguette

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the top off the brie - don't worry if it is uneven or if bits of the top remain. Put the brie into a small baking dish.
  2. Pour the brandy over the top of the brie then bake it in the oven for 12 minutes, or until the brie is very soft and melty.
  3. Remove the Brie from the oven and sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and pistachios and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Prepare the rest of your cheese board in advance to serve the Brie immediately while warm and melty.
  • Removing the top rind of the Brie allows brandy to soak in and the cheese to soften evenly.
  • Serve with crackers or baguette for easy dipping and spreading.
