Description
This mulled cider combines 128 ounces of apple cider with 16 ounces of pure pomegranate juice, enhanced by fresh rosemary sprigs and a selection of whole spices such as cinnamon stick, star anise, crushed green cardamom pods, whole cloves, white and black peppercorns. The mixture is brought to a gentle simmer and then steeped for at least an hour, allowing the spices and herbs to infuse the cider and juice with rich, warming notes and a subtle tartness from the pomegranate.

Instructions
- Put the juices in a large pot, or slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring up to a simmer. Turn down the heat and let steep for at least an hour.
- Strain before serving.
