This Pomegranate Salad Dressing is the perfect holiday salad dressing! Not to mention it is super easy and quick to make!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate arils, vinegar, and sugar. Heat over medium-low heat and crush the pomegranate arils with a fork or masher.
- Once sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and strain into a small bowl*. Whisk in minced garlic, salt and black pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly to combine.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- *You can also do this in a small blender or jar.
