This Poppy Seed Fruit Salad is sweet with a bright citrus flavor and a little bit of ginger.

Ingredients
- 8 cups Fresh fruit any kind: pineapple, apples, berries, oranges, or grapes, mixed, cubed
- 3 tablespoons orange juice fresh
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 /2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated, or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- sugar optional 1-2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Put fruit in a large bowl.
- In a Mason jar or a small bowl, combine the orange juice, honey, lemon juice, sugar (if needed), poppy seeds, and ginger. Shake (or whisk) well. Pour half of the dressing over the fruit and toss. Drizzle the remaining dressing over and serve immediately.
Notes
