Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberry frozen
  • ½ cup raspberries frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1 ⅓ cups milk I use my homemade oat milk recipe, of choice
  • ½ cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons honey omit the honey if you're making for a baby under 1, or use the agave, or agave

Instructions

  1. Blend. Serve. Boom.

Notes

  • If you don't drink it all, you can save it in the fridge. It will separate and need a stir, but it still tastes great!
