Pork Tenderloin Marinade Recipe
Description
The marinade blends savory, sweet, spicy, and citrus notes. Olive oil and soy sauce form a rich, salty base. Garlic and rosemary add aromatic depth, while honey balances with sweetness. Hot sauce and chili flakes provide heat adjustable to taste. Dijon mustard adds slight tang, and fresh lemon juice and zest introduce brightness. Salt and black pepper season throughout. The pork tenderloin is coated and marinated, allowing the flavors to penetrate the meat.
After marinating, discard the marinade and cook the pork as preferred, either roasting, grilling, or pan-searing. Cooking meat to 145°F achieves medium-rare, while 160°F is well done. Using a meat thermometer ensures proper doneness and safety.
This marinade suits those seeking a flavorful but balanced pork dish, offering a combination of spicy, sweet, and citrus elements that complement the natural pork flavor without overpowering it.
