Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste, ground
  • 1 1/3 cups potato chips crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 egg large
  • Preferred sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Separately, combine the potato chips, dried parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs. Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with crushed potato chips.
  4. Place coated chicken on a greased baking sheet and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with your preferred sauce.
