Prosciutto Panini Recipe

Level up your lunch game with this decadent prosciutto panini. It's prosciutto, black olive tapenade, mozzarella, blue cheese, and a drizzle of honey layered between two pieces of whole grain bread, and grilled until melty. It's easy to make and it's ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
- 2 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1 tablespoon black olive tapenade
- 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 4 slices whole grain bread
- ¼ ¼ lb prosciutto thinly sliced
- 2 2 ounces shredded mozzarella
- 1 1 ounce blue cheese
- 2 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix this mayonnaise and black olive tapenade.
- Heat a panini grill and brush the oil over one side of each of the slices of bread.
- Turn the bread slices over and spread on the olive mayonnaise. Divide the prosciutto, mozzarella, and blue cheese between 2 slices of bread. Drizzle the honey over top and then close the sandwiches with the remaining bread oiled side facing up.
- Grill the paninis for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the cheese has melted. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve right away.
