Protein Baked Oatmeal

Protein Baked Oatmeal blends rolled oats with vanilla protein powder, almond milk, peanut butter, eggs, and maple syrup to create a firm but moist baked breakfast. Blueberries add bursts of freshness throughout the oatmeal. Baking sets the mixture into a sliceable dish that can be topped with extra blueberries and a drizzle of nut butter for additional protein and flavor. It's a filling start to the day with balanced textures and tastes.

Description

Protein Baked Oatmeal incorporates rolled oats combined with protein powder and unsweetened almond milk as a base, enhanced with peanut butter for richness and natural sweetness from maple syrup. Eggs provide binding, while coconut oil and vanilla add moisture and aroma. Blueberries stirred into the batter contribute moderate tartness and color.

Baking in an 8-inch square dish sets the mixture into a dense yet tender texture where the oats absorb the liquids and protein powder, creating a hearty breakfast option that holds its shape for easy slicing. Topping with additional fresh blueberries and a drizzle of nut butter after baking increases visual appeal and adds bursts of flavor and satiety.

This baked oatmeal can serve as a make-ahead breakfast, offering a convenient source of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. It requires no complicated preparation and uses wholesome ingredients, making it suitable for meal prep or casual mornings.
