Protein Coffee

Protein Coffee blends cold brew coffee with vanilla protein powder and optional cinnamon and vanilla extract for a frothy, chilly drink. Served over ice with a splash of oat milk or alternative, it offers a creamy texture and subtle sweetness. This beverage is convenient for a protein boost alongside caffeine, with a smooth flavor profile from the blend.

Description

The Protein Coffee recipe incorporates cold brew coffee mixed in a blender with vanilla protein powder, and optionally cinnamon and vanilla extract. Blending creates a frothy, uniform texture where the protein powder dissolves into the coffee base. The optional spices add a mild aromatic complexity without overpowering the smooth vanilla and coffee notes.

Serving this drink over ice with a splash of oat milk, almond milk, or coffee creamer rounds out the flavor, adding creaminess and softening the bitterness of the coffee. The drink combines caffeine and protein in one beverage, making it suitable for a morning or post-workout pick-me-up.

Since some protein powder may settle after standing, the recipe notes to stir before drinking to maintain an even consistency. This simple preparation requires minimal ingredients and equipment, ideal for a quick, energizing drink.
