  • 1/4 cup almond (oat or milk of your choice)
  • 2/3 cup blueberries put your blueberries in the freezer!, frozen
  • 2/3 cup strawberries frozen, sliced
  • 1 vanilla protein powder scoop
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • peanut butter blueberries, chia seeds, melted, for drizzling, 1 tablespoon, optional

Instructions

  1. Place your milk into the blender.
  2. Add frozen fruit, protein powder and 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Seal and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour out into a bowl.
  4. If using, melt the remaining peanut butter in the microwave 30 to 45 seconds and drizzle over the bowl.
  5. Add desired toppings. Eat right away with a spoon!
