Protein Smoothie

A protein smoothie is easy to digest and full of nutrients to keep your body happy until lunch. Not to mention it's absolutely delicious! Try out this recipe and you'll be hooked.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk or milk, unsweetened
  • 1 coop protein powder chocolate or vanilla
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 cup spinach fresh leaves
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • ice as needed

Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk to a high-powered blender.
  2. Add the protein powder, banana, blueberries, spinach, and almond butter.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed to help blend the ingredients. Add more almond milk and ice to reach desired consistency. I prefer my smoothie thicker so I add ice!
