Protein Waffle Recipe

This Protein Waffle Recipe blends protein powder with egg and baking powder, adjusting consistency with water to create a batter cooked in a waffle maker. The result is a protein-enriched waffle suited for breakfast or snacks, customizable by protein powder type and cooking time to preference.

Description

The recipe relies on a protein powder of choice combined with egg or egg whites and baking powder to create a waffle batter. Water is added incrementally to reach the desired consistency suitable for waffle iron cooking. The batter is poured onto a greased waffle iron and cooked according to the manufacturer's instructions, typically around three minutes, until set and cooked through.

Because this recipe focuses on protein content rather than traditional waffle ingredients like flour or sugar, the texture and taste will vary based on the protein powder used. It provides a simple, quick way to enjoy a higher-protein waffle breakfast or snack option.

It is intended for personal customization depending on your protein powder choice and nutrition needs. The example nutritional information reflects Nature’s Best Isopure Unflavored protein powder with liquid egg whites.
