Pull Apart Pizza Bread

This Pull Apart Pizza Bread blends basic biscuit dough with pepperoni, mozzarella, and Italian seasonings, baked together in a bundt pan. The biscuit pieces absorb the olive oil and seasoning, creating a soft, cheesy, and savory bread with pockets of pepperoni throughout. Served with pizza or marinara sauce, it functions as a shareable appetizer or snack that’s easy to pull apart into bite-sized pieces.

Description

Pull Apart Pizza Bread combines canned biscuits cut into pieces tossed with pepperoni slices, shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and olive oil. The mixture is baked in a greased bundt pan, allowing the biscuits to puff up and bake through while absorbing the flavors of the toppings. The result is a pull-apart loaf with a tender, buttery biscuit texture mingled with melted cheese and savory pepperoni.

The bread is served by flipping it out of the pan, making it easy to tear pieces as a casual snack or appetizer. The recipe suggests dipping it in pizza or marinara sauce to add moisture and a bright tomato flavor to each bite.

This recipe works well as a party food or a comforting treat when you want something cheesy and handheld. It uses pantry staples and canned biscuits, making preparation straightforward without the need for yeast dough.
