Pulled Pork Nachos

Pulled Pork Nachos layer crispy tortilla chips with tender pulled pork, black beans, cheddar cheese, and colorful canned jalapeño and yellow peppers. A drizzle of barbecue sauce blends the toppings before baking melts the cheese to create a satisfying, savory snack or meal component. Fresh green onions, cilantro, salsa, and sour cream add brightness and creaminess to each bite.

Description

These Pulled Pork Nachos combine the crunchy texture of tortilla chips with a hearty topping of pulled pork and black beans. Cheddar cheese melts over the layered ingredients, enriched by slices of jalapeño and yellow peppers which contribute a mild heat and sweetness. The drizzled barbecue sauce adds a tangy, smoky flavor that ties the elements together. Baking until the cheese melts ensures a cohesive dish with varied textures.

The nachos are finished with fresh garnishes: chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, salsa, and sour cream, providing freshness and cooling contrasts to the rich toppings. This dish works well as a casual appetizer or a fulfilling main when paired with side salads or grilled vegetables.

The method involves layering chips and toppings twice on a baking tray before a short oven bake to melt cheese evenly. Serving immediately preserves the chip crunch and freshness of the garnishes.
