Pulled Pork Nachos (Restaurant-Style)
Description
Pulled Pork Nachos (Restaurant-Style) layer crispy tortilla chips with shredded cooked pork, black beans, and cheddar cheese, then bake briefly until the cheese melts. They are topped with a homemade BBQ sauce made by simmering garlic, ketchup, cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, soy sauce, chili powder, and Tabasco sauce to balance sweet, savory, and spicy notes.
After baking and saucing, fresh garnishes including sour cream, guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and sliced fresh jalapeños add brightness, creaminess, and additional spice, enriching the textural contrast between crunchy and tender components.
This dish can be customized with other toppings such as diced tomatoes, red onions, avocado, olives, feta, shredded lettuce, or fresh cilantro for varied flavors and colors. It serves well as a shared appetizer or casual meal.
