Pumpkin Brownies are the perfect Fall treat! You can't have a great season without these tasty fall brownies. Pumpkin Brownies are sweet, soft, and will just melt in your mouth!

Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 9X13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter and brown sugar. Then mix in the eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Then add these dry ingredients to the wet ingredients (butter, sugar, etc). Mix this well.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour this mixture into the baking pan. The batter is VERY thick so use a spatula to even it out in the pan and make sure it’s level before baking.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Test for doneness with a toothpick.
