Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk dairy or oat milk, 355 milliliters
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree refrigerated, 120 grams
- 1 banana chopped, frozen
- 1/2 cup quick oats 50 grams
- 2 ounces cream cheese softened at room temperature, 57 grams
- 2 tablespoons honey 30 milliliters
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch cloves ground
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice 130 grams
Topping:
- Whipped Cream
- graham cracker crushed
- pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a large blender, add the milk, pumpkin puree, banana, oats, cream cheese, honey, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla extract, and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide the smoothie among serving glasses and serve immediately, if desired with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
