Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 coops vanilla ice cream (LARGE scoops)
- 6-8 broken gingersnap cookies
- 1/4-1/3 cup milk
Instructions
- Measure and combine all ingredients in a blender jar. Puree the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
- Garnish with extra cookies pieces or pepitas (pumpkin seeds).
