  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice more as per preference
  • ¼ cup coconut milk + more for drizzle if you’re fancy, canned
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup vegan protein powder vanilla
  • 2 tbs maple syrup +more for drizzle!
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into two small mason jars (or one large).
  3. Top with shredded coconut, pecans and maple syrup!
