  • 1 cup rolled oats uncooked; make sure they’re certified gluten-free if you can’t eat gluten
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 pure maple syrup heaping tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/16 teaspoon cloves
  • Pinch sea salt ground
  • ¾ cups almond milk
  • ¼ cup pecans chips form

Instructions

  1. Put the oats, pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, spices, almond milk, and pecans in a 16 ounce Mason jar and stir until completely blended. Put the lid on and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Keep refrigerated for up to three days.
  3. Enjoy!
