Pumpkin Spice Latte
Description
The Pumpkin Spice Latte uses milk or a milk alternative gently warmed with pure pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisking these ingredients together forms a smooth and fragrant base. Adding hot espresso or brewed coffee provides a strong coffee flavor. Optional whipped cream on top adds richness, while an extra dusting of spice gives a final aromatic touch. The resulting latte is both creamy and mildly spiced.
The preparation involves warming the milk mixture without boiling, then combining it with hot coffee. This technique helps maintain a creamy texture and ensures the pumpkin flavor is well integrated. Serving immediately preserves the warmth and texture, making it a satisfying seasonal beverage.
