Pumpkin Spice Margarita

The Pumpkin Spice Margarita combines fresh lime and lemon juice with tequila, pumpkin puree, and Cointreau, shaken over ice and served in a cinnamon sugar-rimmed glass. Garnished with orange slices and cinnamon spices, this cocktail offers a seasonal twist with a balance of citrus brightness, pumpkin earthiness, and warming spice notes, crafted for sipping during fall-inspired occasions.

Description

This Pumpkin Spice Margarita begins with fresh lime and lemon juices, providing tart citrus foundation. Pumpkin puree adds an autumnal flavor and smooth texture, complemented by tequila’s distinctive agave notes. The inclusion of Cointreau (or triple sec) contributes sweetness and orange essence to balance the acidity. Shaking the ingredients with ice chills and blends the cocktail thoroughly.

The glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar adds a sweet-spiced contrast that enhances the pumpkin and citrus flavors. Garnishes including a half orange slice and cinnamon stick emphasize the fall theme and impart subtle aroma as it is enjoyed. A pinch of ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on top rounds out the seasonal profile.

Served immediately, this cocktail provides a cozy yet refreshing option for holiday gatherings or evenings when a festive, spiced drink is desired.
