Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
Description
The Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake features a combination of pumpkin puree, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, and yogurt to create a rich, creamy beverage. Blending these ingredients produces a smooth shake that balances sweetness and spice with the wholesome pumpkin base. Vanilla extract and protein powder contribute subtle depth, while maple syrup sweetens without overpowering.
The shake’s thick texture makes it a satiating option for breakfast, post-workout recovery, or a healthy snack. The pumpkin spice offers comforting fall flavors without heavy additives. Using almond milk or other plant-based milk allows customization according to dietary needs.
This shake is ready after blending and best enjoyed cold. Optional toppings like pumpkin seeds or dairy-free whipped cream with a sprinkle of spice provide contrasting textures and garnish. It’s designed for single serving but can be split and stored carefully.
Leftovers should be covered and refrigerated without toppings and consumed within a day. Stir well before drinking if stored. Alternatively, freezing in ice cube trays can create pumpkin-flavored ice pops or smoothie additions.
