These delicious Pumpkin Waffles are made completely from scratch and make the perfect Fall breakfast. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and bursting with pumpkin spice flavor!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Warm up waffle maker
- In a medium bowl, mix room temperature milk, heavy cream, melted butter, pumpkin puree, brown sugar and vanilla and whisk together. Add eggs one at a time and whisk in.
- In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice and whisk.
- Create a well (hole) in the middle of the flour mixture and add milk mixture to it. Whisk all ingredients together, but do not over mix. Batter will be lumpy.
- Spray waffle maker with release spray and pour enough batter on iron to fill it about 1/2 full (batter will expand as it’s baked).
- Remove waffles when time is up. Serve with our favorite syrup, pecans, whip topping or cream cheese whipped topping.
