Queso Fundido
Report
Queso Fundido is a delicious cheesy appetizer with a kick from the Mexican chorizo. It's loaded with buttery, melty cheeses and covered in spicy chorizo sausage.

Ingredients
- 3 cups Chihuahua cheese shredded
- 3 cups Oaxaca cheese shredded
- 9 ounces chorizo cooked
- corn tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter or spray the inside of a medium-sized oven-safe skillet with pan spray.
- Add 3 cups shredded Chihuahua cheese and 3 cups shredded Oaxaca cheese to the skillet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until all the cheese is fully melted and bubbling around the edges.
- Top with 9 ounces cooked chorizo and toppings of your choice. Serve hot with flour or corn tortillas. If desired, toast the tortillas over an open burner for about 15 seconds on either side until very lightly charred.
