  • 1 apple any variety
  • 1 banana previously sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup orange juice 236 mL

Instructions

  1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If using a fresh (non frozen) banana, add a handful of ice cubes to make this smoothie frosty.
