Honey vanilla yogurt is an awesome quick breakfast idea. Buy plain yogurt and flavor it yourself to control sugar, flavor, and texture!

Ingredients
- 2 cups PLAIN yogurt greek or regular
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 vanilla bean see note
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the above ingredients.
- Taste and adjust flavors to your preference.
- Serve with granola, fresh fruit, or fruit preserves!
Notes
- If you do not have a vanilla bean, you can use vanilla bean paste or simple add more vanilla extract. Start by adding a teaspoon extra of vanilla extract, taste, and add more if needed.
