Quick Garlic Aioli
Description
Quick Garlic Aioli is made by pulsing garlic briefly before blending it with mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, and sea salt until smooth. The process highlights the pungent sharpness of raw garlic mellowed by mayonnaise's creaminess. Lemon juice cuts through the richness, adding a subtle acidity that brightens the sauce without overpowering it.
The aioli’s thick, creamy texture makes it convenient for spreading or dipping, enhancing a variety of dishes without extensive preparation. It requires no cooking, allowing fast assembly and refrigerated storage for up to two weeks.

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
