Raspberry Martini

Raspberry martini is a classy cocktail with a beautiful pink color and smooth sweet taste.

Ingredients

Servings

Raspberry Simple Syrup:

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 6 ounces raspberries fresh

Martini:

  • ½ ounce raspberry simple syrup
  • ½ ounce cranberry juice
  • ½ ounce dry vermouth
  • 2 ounces gin or vodka
  • ½ cup ice
  • 6 raspberries fresh

Instructions

Raspberry simple syrup:

  1. Combine ingredients in saucepan and use a spoon to lightly crush the raspberries.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering let cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into a cup through a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Let cool completely.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Martini

  1. Add raspberry simple syrup, cranberry juice, dry vermouth, vodka, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake together for 10 seconds.
  3. use a cocktail strainer and pour the drink into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.
