Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey or your sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup almond milk or your milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon sliced slivered or chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. In a pint jar or resealable container, layer the oats, yogurt, chia seeds, honey and milk. Then stir well.
  2. Seal up the jar or container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. 
  3. In the morning or when ready to eat, stir in fresh raspberries and almonds. Enjoy!
