This raspberry salad dressing is easy to make and wonderfully bright in both color and flavor.

Ingredients
- ½ cup raspberry 75g
- 2 tablespoon olive oil virgin
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- ½ tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Place everything in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge until needed (will keep a good few days, if not longer).
