Ravioli with Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

Ravioli with ham and peas in a creamy garlic butter sauce makes a quick and easy dinner that the whole family will love! Simply toss together frozen ravioli, leftover ham, frozen peas, and the garlic cream sauce for one yummy dish!

Ingredients
- 1 lb ravioli
- 2 TBS salted butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Ham, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas thawed
- Parmesan Cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook your pasta according to package instructions. While pasta is cooking, make your cream sauce.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Once melted, add garlic to pan and stir for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and deglaze the bottom of the pan for 1 minute.
- Add the cream and stir.
- Add the ham and peas and stir.
- Bring the sauce to a rolling simmer and simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- Strain the pasta and add to the sauce, stir to combine.
- Serve hot garnished with parmesan cheese.
Notes
- If you don't have ravioli, substitute another stuffed pasta like tortellini instead.
- Chicken bone broth can be used in place of the chicken broth
